Why it happened
Freezer burn is ice crystal growth from air exposure. Re-blending and adding sugar reduces crystals and improves texture.
The fix
- 1 let soften for 10 minutes, then blend until smooth
- 2 add 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk and vanilla
- 3 refreeze in a shallow container with wrap on the surface
If it's still wrong
- use in milkshakes
- serve with warm sauce to mask texture

- press wrap directly onto the surface
- avoid storing in the freezer door
