  • butter
  • lemon
  • capers
  • warm stock

The fix

  1. 1 warm the fish in 1/4 cup stock for 1 minute
  2. 2 add 1 tablespoon butter and a squeeze of lemon
  3. 3 finish with capers to add brightness
