  • melted chocolate

Why it happened

Cracks open when the crust dries out and shrinks. A chocolate layer acts as edible glue and a moisture barrier.

The fix

  1. 1spread a thin layer of melted chocolate over the cracks
  2. 2chill 5 minutes to set the seal
  3. 3add the filling and top with berries
